DELIVERIES

In the event of an unusable address during home delivery, the package will be automatically returned and the order canceled.

On the other hand, if the delivery person arriving at your home is not able to deliver to you, your package will be dropped off at your nearest post office. In this case, you will have 10 working days to collect it using your identity card and your order tracking number before it is automatically returned to us.

  • If the credit card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation by email.
